Hi David,

I have planned to connect this IC to a Quectel module. The host side SGMII impedance they say 90+/-10% but DP83TC815-Q1 datasheet says 100ohm differential.

How can I connect ?does 90E is acceptable at DP83TC815-Q1 side?

Hi Jenitt,

Can you share the part number/datasheet? SGMII is generally 100ohm differential nominally. Some variation is expected, the Cisco standard allows 80-120ohm, so 90 may also not be a concern.

Thanks for the suggestion. I got the confirmation from Quectel that 100E is acceptable from their side as well.

I would like to know do you have any driver sample code or any SW bring up document for a Linux 6.x platform?
