My customer is working on our Audio SOC AM275x Ethernet interface development, they are currently looking for a compatible automotive-grade PHY chip for their design. The specific requirements are as follows:
- Support 100/1000 Base-T1 (Single Pair Twisted Pair / SPE)
- RGMII interface (compatible with the 3.3V I/O level of AM275x)
Could you help recommend suitable 100 Base-T1 and 1000 Base-T1 PHY solution?
