DS125DF410EVM: Unable to communicate with DS125DF410EVM using USB2ANY Adapter

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We are trying to connect a Windows 10 PC to the DS125DF410EVM using the USB2ANY adapter and SigCon Architect, but we are encountering two issues:

Missing Profile in SigCon Architect 3: The device profile is available in the classic GUI, but missing in SigCon Architect 3. Is this device supported in version 3, and how can we obtain the profile?
Communication Failure (Classic GUI): We see no SDA/SCL pin activity and receive the error: "Invalid Address or Device Not Active".

Could you please advise on how to resolve these communication issues and clarify the SigCon Architect 3 support?

Hi Pankaj,

1. No, this device is only supported in SigCon Architect 2.

2. Are you seeing this issue in SigCon Architect 2, or only in 3?

Hi Pankaj,

I have a few requests to help better debug this:

Is it possible to share a picture of your board and usb2any?
Is it possible to share SDA/SCL scope capture?
If there's no SDA/SCL activity, could you also try with USB2ANY Explorer and check if you have any SDA/SCL activity?
