I've been looking to the different files related to Functional Safety for the TCAN1146-Q1.
It states that there is a spreadsheet tool for the FMEDA of this device.
I would like to receive access to it, so I can modify mission profile, and look easily to safety related faults, SPF, LF, SPFM, LFM.
Remember, the file "SLLA541" informs about how to modify this spreadsheet, so I expect to receive this file.
And no, for me its is not sufficient enough the summary tables at the end of that report.
