We are currently reviewing the adoption of the DS90LV028A-Q1, and we have a question regarding the temperature characteristics of propagation delay.
While the datasheet lists the specifications for propagation delay (tPHLD, tPLHD), it does not appear to provide separate information on how the delay changes with temperature.
We would like to check the following:
- Whether typical or characterization data for tPHLD / tPLHD is available across the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C
- Whether information on propagation delay variation with temperature, or a temperature coefficient (ps/°C), can be provided
- Whether any related characterization graphs or internal reference data can be shared
In our application, timing variation between the input and output signals is critical, so we specifically want to confirm the propagation delay drift over temperature changes.
