AM26C31: Theta JC Inquiry

Hello,

I need the junction to case thermal resistance for PN: am26c31idbr.

For the SSOP, only the junction to board thermal resistance (54.3) is in the datasheet. In the theta JC bot row it said "n/a". If you could provide this value, that would be very appreciated.

    Hi Tony,

    The junction-to-case (botttom) is only applicable for packages with exposed pads or where the bottom is meant to be directly contacting the PCB. This is not the case for the SSOP, so that is why there is an "n/a" for that parameter in the datasheet.
