THVD1550: Electrical Characteristics under VCC=5.5V to 7.0V

Dear Team,

My customer has used the THVD1550DGKR in their system.
They have a question about the Electrical Characteristics under VCC=5.5V to 7.0V.
The Electrical Characteristics are defined under VCC=4.5V to 5.5V, but if VCC was in the range of 5.5V to 7.0V, which parameters would change?

    Hi Koshi,

    Note the following from the datasheet:

    "Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only, which do not imply functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under Recommended Operating Conditions. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability."

    We do not characterize parameters nor recommend operating outside of the recommending operating conditions.
