Could you please confirm whether the THVD1450 and THVD1452 use the same semiconductor die?
Our customer understands that the two products have similar major electrical specifications, but they are specifically asking whether the physical die inside the devices is identical.
If they use different dies, please clearly confirm that they are different. If this information cannot be disclosed, please provide an official statement describing the level of equivalence between the two devices.
This confirmation is required for the customer’s component replacement approval process.
