Hi Amir,

Apologies for the inconvenience. ONET1130EC/ONET1131EC are the most similar parts we have. You would need external resistor pi attenuation network to use these with VCSEL.

Hi Amir,

You would implement an attenuation network with the same topology shown in SLLA311. Although this is shown in the context of impedance matching, the same circuit can be used to attenuate the modulation current to the VCSEL.
