TFP401A-EP: TFP401AMPZPEP plating process

Part Number: TFP401A-EP

Team, 

Minor question driven by a customer on TFP401AMPZPEP.  The item has very low nickel content used on the lead frame plating, .94% total by weight but one question was how the plating is achieved on the lead frame. 

Typically  some type of electrodeposition is used, but perhaps electroless?
