During the customer's use of the DP83822, frequent power cycling causes the physical link to disconnect. At this point, the link can be restored with a single active reset of the PHY. The customer wants to know what is causing this. Below is the customer's schematic design.

    Hello,

    If this is an intermittent issue, there is less odds that this will be detectible in schematic. How reproducible is this behavior (if power cycle 10 times, this behavior shows up X times).

    Could you also please provide a scope capture of the powerup, reset, and clocking on a good and bad cycle?
