XFI to SFP+ Retimer

I am supporting a design requirement for an  XFI to 4 SFP+ retimer on a backplane on an optical card.  Looking for a 2 Ch. IN and 2 Ch. OUT Retimer at 10.3Gbps data rate.  Does TI offer a part?
