There is no specified maximum junction temperature for this device, this is pretty common with older devices like this. My general guidance for junction temperature would be to try to keep the device within the 85C recommended operating range and otherwise within its absolute maximum ratings and it should be fine. 

That said, we have qualification data for this part up to 125C at 1000 Hours, and the storage temp is up to 150C, which some people take as the maximum junction temperature on these older parts that don't have them specified ( SN65LVDS389: Maximum Operating Junction Temperature of SN65LVDS389DBT ), We've also got other devices in this same family, released in the same timeframe such as DS90LV049 that list 150C maximum junction temperature. I would recommend taking the more conservative 125C upper bound.
