Did you request the 9702 and 971 datasheet through CDDS or MySecure?

For the MySecure route, you would have to login to ti.com and request access like so.

There should be a link to request the MySecure resources. You can try this link  below as well.

After being granted access, 

Go to the MySecure resource.

So i've tried the link below and got rejected.  So i work for a Company Called CMC - creative micro systems.  We have a TI NDA.  Do we need one for this specific part?

Do you have a local TI FAE or Sales Representative that you can connect to, to clarify?

Are you also able to provide the rejection message? My understanding is that if the proper NDA is in place, then your request for the material should be approved. This forum is mainly for technical support. For legal and logistics, we typically expect the sales team to be able to help with this.
