I'm not familiar with gaihi hantei. Can you explain this? Are you looking for a specific eccn number (EAR99) or hts code (8541100080) ?

A Gaihi Hanteisho (literally Applicability Determination Form or Certificate of Non-Applicability) is an official document used in Japan under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA / 外為法).

When exporting goods, equipment, software, or technology from Japan, companies must determine whether their items are subject to Japanese export control laws (i.e., whether they could potentially be used for military purposes or weapons of mass destruction). The Gaihi Hanteisho documents this assessment
