Part Number: TCAN1473-Q1
Hi,
Can the TCAN1473CDMTRQ1 in QFN package can be coated with a Conformal Coating? Or whether an underfill glue would need to be used for this purpose?
We are currently planning to use a UV-curing Conformal Coating based on acrylated polyurethane.
And do you have at TI an Application Note or other technical documentation with recommendations on Conformal Coatings for this package type (QFN)
