Dear friend

our platform is ds90ub983 ds90ub948; the initial script config is UserConfig_6p1.py.

1) 983 set PATGEN_TSEL=1, display normal

2) 983 set PATGEN_TSEL=0, display abnormal

3) 983 TIMING_GEN_STS always is 1

Question: how to address the issue?

can you provide me the userconfig file so that I can get to know the configuration details? what is the video source timing?

You can also use the attached diagnostic script to extract more details from the serdes device:
