1. Vin ranges from 0V to 3.3V. No negative input votage.
2. SPDT, signle channel is preferred. Morethan one channel in one device is acceptable.
3. RDSon <200mohm
4. turn on time and turn off time should be less than 200ns.
5. Q1 grade.
6. Sample before nd of Y27.
