TUSB7320: Reg: Correct STEP File – TUSB7320IRKMT

Hi TI Team,

We are using the TUSB7320IRKMT for PCIe-to-USB conversion in our design.

We created the PCB footprint according to the land pattern specified in the datasheet. We also downloaded the STEP file directly from the TI website for the mechanical design.

However, we noticed that the inner pads of the IC are misaligned the downloaded STEP fil. Please refer to the attached image for clarification. image (9).png

Could you please verify this issue and provide the correct STEP file for the TUSB7320IRKMT, including the complete pad layout?

Hi Brian,

We have reviewed the EVB file shared by you. However, the board does not appear to contain the actual 3D STEP models of the components. Instead, the components appear to be represented as extruded 3D shapes.

Could you please check and share the correct and latest STEP file with the actual 3D models, if available?

This is old package, this is all we have at ti.com .

We just built new EVMs with the *brd file I sent to you . It works fine.
