The datasheet 3.4.3 says D pin has internal pull-up resister, but Pin Function table on page 7 does not say that.

Which is true?

Table 5 in section 9.4.3 is correct.

The pin function table does not say that the pin does not have a pull-up. :) But yes, this is an oversight in all three tables in section 6.

Clemens is correct, D has an internal pull-up resistor to VCC.
