THVD4431A: THVD4431A co-lay XR34350

The customer has provided the schematic for the XR34350. Please find the attached schematic for your review.

Could you please help double-check whether TI's THVD4431A can be co-laid with the XR34350 on the same PCB footprint and whether any schematic or layout modifications are required?

The customer plans to build two prototype boards to evaluate TI's solution, while keeping the XR34350 as the primary part for now.

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if my question was not clear. I understand that you reviewed the schematic previously and did not find any obvious issues.
