Hi Expert Kim or Ke,
I was trying to config customized PD FW using online GUI. And download the FW with external EEPROM programmer https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/USBPD/TPS257xx-Q1-GUI/ver/2.1.0
However, I tried many FW and even the example json file TPS25762DQ1_V8.03_60W.json, I cannot make the EVM work. The PA_CC1 and PA_CC2 does not pulled up to 3.3V and any plug-in device cannot trigger vbus to rise to 5V. I tried the example .bin file: TPS25762DQ1_V8.03_60W_full_flash.bin; it works fine. That seems very weird to me. Could you help me check my customized json file and bin file? I was using F411_04_01_0005_ReleaseFiles.zip from secure resource.
