TMUX6136: The Best Replacement of MAX326 / MAX328

Hi TIer

 

Could you help check if TMUX6136 is best repalcement to replace MAX326 / MAX328?

My medical cutsomer use MAX326 and MAX328 in IVD product , they need low leakage current.

Please give some suggestion. Thank you very much.

    Hi Tony,

    The MAX326 is a 30V/ +/-18V 4ch SPST switch with a typical IOFF of 0.2pA and ION of 2pA. The best TI mux for this would be the TMUX7612, a 50V/ +/-25V 4ch SPST switch with a typical IOFF of 0.03nA and ION of 0.0037nA.

    The MAX328 is a 30V/ +/-18V 1ch 8:1 mux with a typical IOFF of 0.5pA and ION of 3pA.The best TI mux for this would be the MUX36S08, a 36V/ +/-18V 1ch 8:1 mux with a typical IOFF of 0.001nA and ION of 0.008nA.
