Part Number: SN75LVPE801
Our customer is experiencing device detection issues with the Intel SSD 750 series connected through a Mini-SAS connector.
To address the issue, they added 8 pcs of TI SN75LVPE801. However, after the modification, the device can no longer be detected.
They have tried bypassing the capacitors marked in circles 1 and 2, but neither solution worked.
Interestingly, when all 8 pcs of SN75LVPE801 are bypassed, the SSD can be detected successfully.
Could you please help review the following?

Is the SN75LVPE801 being used correctly in this application?

Should the EQ settings be adjusted?
