Hi,

We are using XIO2001ZGU device in our project . We are working on signal integrity analysis between PCI express interface and XIO2001ZGU. Using the ibis model, (downloaded from TI website) does not give a good result. Hence, we would require spice model for XIO2001ZGU to get proper results.

Please advice or suggest for using IBIS model for PCI express interface simulation.

Currently TI does not provide SPICE model for the XIO2001 device.

SPICE is really not applicable to a device such as the XIO2001 that has both digital core as well as "analog" physical layers. The IBIS model is used to model the I/O cells. What was the issue you were seeing with the IBIS model?
