Does there have any RS232 device have non-China flow? thanks!

    Hi Jeff, 

    We have a lot of options for RS-232 devices with a non-China flow. I see you put in the MAX3243E, is this the device you are looking for? In general you can go to the product page on ti.com and go to "Ordering & Quality" and scroll to the right on a particular package and click "View or Download" under "Quality, reliability & packaging information". That page will list the possible assembly site(s) for that package (ex. Taiwan, Malaysia, TI Semiconductor (China)). 

    If you need further help picking an RS-232 part let me know your system requirements and I can help suggest something with a non-China flow.

    3 driver/5 recevier is fine.

    I use your method found TRS3243EIPWR only Malysia assembly site?

    Is it correct? Thanks!

    Hi Ethan,

    But this page seem no FAB information, we found many FAB loaction include China.

    If only need 3 driver/5 recevier, is there have non China flow device? thanks!

    The TRS3243EIPWR's die is fab'd in the US and packaged in Malaysia.
