I'm still working on the max juntion temperature and hope to get the info tomorrow.

Meanwhile below are the theta and psi values I got from our thermal model specialist.

Hi Dibin,

just got the final information from our designers: Their advise is to keep the maximum junction temperature UNDER 135 ^oC.
