Eli,

Please look at the SN65LVEP11 device from TI. It is very similar to the ON Semi NB4N11M.

Hi Atul,

But its dose not support CML output.Is it correct?

Eli,

You are correct the SN65LVEP11 only supports PECL/ECL ouput levles but the OnSemi data sheet sheet mentions that the device is compatible with LVEP11. Another device to consider is SVA's DS25MB100 which is a larger device compared to the ON Semi device.
