When I compare ISO1050 with another CAN transciver (f.e. SN65HVD1050) I miss such parameter as transient pulse protection. If for SN65HVD1050 this parameter is -200 V to 200 V, what values will be for ISO1050?

The transient test you refer to, ISO7637, is an automotive system level transient test. The ISO1050 is not qualified for automotive as the SN65HVD1050(-Q1) is and so this testing was not done. You should expect simliar performance from the ISO1050 assuming you keep the PCB and GNDing on the CAN side of the isolation barrier with a proper design and test the CAN bus side in the same method. As this is a system level test is a reference point even on the SN65HVD1050 as all systems will influence the performance. If you know you will have a lot of transients even though the transceivers have excellent performance on their own you should design the system using external protection for added system level robustness.
