I wouldn't expect any issues with this set-up. The input voltage will still be within the "Absolute Maximum" range (0 V to 4.3 V), so no damage to the device should occur. Even when powered off, the LVDS100 should have a high input resistance - see the "Power off input current" spec on page 3 of the datasheet for more information.
