Two PCA9517 for 4-Wire SPI?

Is there any reason why one could not use two PCA9517 in order to logic-level shift a 4-wire SPI bus from 5V to 3.3V and from 3.3V back to 5V?  Is there a better chip for a purpose like this?  Specifically, I'm looking to use two 2-bit logic-level shifters in the MSOP-8 package.  Thanks!
