I am using TCA4311A I2C Bus Buffer between the master controller and the I2C slave. But on startup, TCA4311A does not give Buffer Ready high and therefore i am not able to connect to slave atall.
I have checked the power supply also to buffer and the voltages on other pins of the buffer.
VCC is 3.3V, SDAOUT is at 3.3V, SCLOUT is at 3.3V, ENABLE is at 3.3V but still Buffer_Ready is at 0.00V. But according to datasheet it should go high (3.3V). 

As the buffer ready is low, master is not able to connect to slave at all.

Please help me solve this issue.
