Could you please tell me if there is any way that the auto negotiation can be desabled via an external pin? Maybe the strapp?
How to do that?

Auto-negotiation is enabled by default on the DP83848K. Disabling auto-negotiation requires a register write to clear the Auto-Negotiation Enable bit in the Basic Mode Control Register (BMCR), register address 0x00.

Disabling auto-negotiation using external straps can be accomplished using other devices in our Ethernet portfolio. The following devices provide this functionality and, like the DP83848K, are in the industrial temperature range (-40C to 85C):
Other options are available with additional features (IEEE 1588 hardware support) or additional ports, but the options listed above are the closest to the DP83848K in functionality while still supporting the ability to disable auto-negotiation using external straps.
