In the datasheet of ISO7421C in table 1 power down or PD has been mentioned, which basically means that the supply Vcc1 or Vcc2 is cut off. Imagine a condition that Vcc1 is cut off and Vcc2 is still present. So the pins on Vcc2 side will be latched to Vcc2. My question is what is the threshold of Vcc1 below which the IC detects powerdown and latches the pins on Vcc2 side to Vcc2? Kindly inform me the threshold for Vcc1 at 3.3v and 5v.
