PSPICE MODELS for RS485/CAN Transceivers

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS16F95, SN65HVD1050, ISO1050

I have to simulate a complex CAN network  with several nodes. I did not find PSPICE or TINA   models for the following devices: 

DS16F95 RS485 transceiver 

DS96F174 RS485 transceiver 

DS96F175 RS485 transceiver 

SN65HVD1050 CAN transceiver 

ISO1050  ISO CAN TRANSCEIVER 

any suggestions?
