Hi,

I am designing a board using sn65lvds301(1 Channel mode). Can someone please suggest me the pcb layout recommendations? Also, what should be the termination impedance for differential pairs and separation between differential pairs? Can I follow the standard guidelines?

Are you also using the corresponding SubLVDS receiver, the SN65LVDS302? The differential termination is 100ohms, and the 302 device has integrated termination so that you don't need external resistors.

The differential trace characteristic impedance should be 100ohms differential.

There is no differential trace spacing requirement, but you might want tight spacing for the purpose of common mode noise rejection. Spacing also affects characteristic impedance.
