FIT data of TNETE2201BPJWRG4 and TLK1211RCP with software.

I’m sales for Mitsubishi in Japan. Mitsubishi asks us Failure data with software about TNETE2201BPJWRG4 and TLK1211RCP.

Now Mitsubishi uses the both TI products for GPON(Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical) for NTT.

And they want to know the data of FIT with SEU(Single Event Up-set) and SEL(Single Event Latch-Up) with Software error.

Because. NTT has some proble. NTT make Mitsubishi investigate the cause.

If anyone has those information of FIT wit software error, please provide me the information.
