HDMI signal problem on finished PCB on LCD production line.

Lines in picture on color bar pattern 1080p / 50hz.

Is there any specification for HDMI cable (maximal length, regulation, quality, etc) and HDMI signal source (levels, etc))?

For example: HDMI connecting cable class3 with maximal length 10m for picture pattern 1080p/50Hz

As mentioned in the TMDS361 specification, the device will support up to a 20m cable at the 1080p/50/60Hz at the 12-bit color depth,

If you would like to post your customer's PCB layout (Allegro brd file is preferred) to take a quick look. Do you know if the source has any "features" that might limit signalling?
