I'm trying to measure the eye-diagram of the PHY.

Do TUSB1310A supports USB2.0 TEST_MODE by itself?

Or set the test mode by JTAG?

Are you trying to use the PHY for some compliance tests?

The JTAG test mode is for boundary scan.

Hello,

I'm trying to High Speed Compliance test of the USB PHY.

but it is not measured because the TEST_MODE is not entered.

My question is TEST_MODE is supported by the TUSB1310A by itself?

Or other activity is need to test?
