DS25CP102 / Internal failsafe bias circuit

Hi,

The datasheet of DS25CP102 does not state about internal failsafe bias circuit, but I understand that these devices has it although it is not stated in datasheet.

How can we inform customer about internal bias voltage for devices which does not state the spec definitely like this DS25CP102.

    I also reviewed the datasheet, the device does provide an EQ input and also interanl 100 Ohm termination resitsor, but I do not seen any mention of a failsafe state or suport.  I do not believe that is included based upon the datasheet. If failsafe is needed, external pull up and down should be used and set a bias greater than the threshold.

    I will inform customer that they should need to add external failsafe bias for safety if they need.
