We are developing a USB 3.0 to SATA II converter. In that we are plan to use TUSB9260 controller. Now i have following queries, Please Clarify immediately.

A) Does the TUSB9260controller support, SATA SSD HOT plug-unplug.

B) Can you please clarify, TUSB9260 controller Sleep mode current?

It does support hot-plug.

Hi,

I need some clarification about TI chip.

We are now designing with TUSB9260 Bridge IC. (SATA2.0). But in future we need SATA3.0 compatibility also in the same board.

So is there any road map plan to release new chip (TUSB9260) with SATA3.0 supported next version? OR

Do you have any other chip is available with SATA3.0 to USB3.0 supported bridge IC?

Please suggest / confirm as soon as possible.

There are currently no bridges nor plans for a SATA 3 to USB 3.0 devices.
