TUSB3210 UART and 8052 core frecuency

Hi,

I'm working with a little circuit to test the TUSB3210. The circuit have some leds, a 12 Mhz. crystal as clock source, a usb connector and a RS232 level adapter.

In the first test's I blink the leds, test the timmers, and all work fine. But when I try to use the UART I have some problems to calculate the baud rates. My question is: Wath is the frecuency used to calcule the baud rate when use a 12 Mhz crystal? I can use the "exact"  ecuations for the 8052?

I'm trying to determine some baud rate to make a litle serial connection to test it, but without success. Someone have a example using 12 Mhz crystal as clock source and using the UART?

Thank's a lot.
