Paddu,
For the DP83848 family, the part numbers ending in "VV" are packaged in 48 lead QFP packages. The part numbers ending in "SQ" are packaged in 40 lead LLP / QFN packages.
Amongst the parts packaged in the 40 lead LLP / QFN package, there are two main derivatives. The DP83848J and DP83848K derivatives have two LED outputs. The DP83848M, DP83848T, DP83848H, and DP83848Q have one LED output and one clock output. The DP83848Q is additionally qualified for AEC-Q100 Grade 2.
Beyond that, the primary differentiation between the variants is the operational temperature range. You can get a good overview of the temperature variants and the other high level features in the Ethernet Phy Portfolio graphic on the Ethernet Solutions page (http://www.ti.com/ww/en/analog/interface/ethernet.shtml) or by using the Parametric Search on the Interface page (http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/analog/interface.page).
