I wonder if I can refer the equivalent schematic mode of

DS90LV011A
    -CMOS input
    -LVDS output
and DS90LV012A
    -LVDS input.
    -CMOS output
I want to refer them to know the ESD protection circuit structure.

Sorry, but I/O drawings are not published on these devices. They are CMOS structires and in general high impedance.

DS90LV011A
LVCMOS input ABS MAX states, -0.3V to +3.9V, there is no didoe to VDD.
LVDS output is -0.3V to 3.9V also, again no direct diode to VDD path.

DS90LV012A
Features notes Power Down High Z inputs (LVDS)
Vin (LVDS) ABS MAX is -0.3V to 3.9V also. (LVDS) - no supply diode.
LVCMOS (output) notes -0.3V to (VDD+0.3V) - this implies diode to substarte and also diode to VDD rail.
