TUSB7320 questions.

Hello sir.

i deveop high perfmance audio grade PCIe USB 3.0 host card using TUSB7320. i have a few questions about TUSB7320.

- some user doesn't work with there USB audio device like M2Tech. M2Tech USB audio device working good with M/B USB 2.0 or 3.0 port

- Playback design's USB device is woking with TUSB7320, but some times noise reproduce like 'tic'. it's also working good with M/B USB 2.0 or 3.0 port.

 - some user PC display blue screen when power off PC.

- Many user use JPlay S/W for optimum audio perfrmance. Jplay support hybernate mode.(all funtions shut down except audio playback).

  when entering hybernate mode for audio play back, blue screen display and PC stop. it also no problem with M/B USB 2.0 or 3. port.

- i want to change registry value for performance optmizing. Could you send informtion about TUSB7320 registry define ?

I use v1.12.20 TUB7320 driver.

And i need Mac OS-X driver. TI has plan to develop driver for Mac?

Please replay engineering advice.

    Hello,

    the register definitions are available in the Datasheet starting at Chapter 4, what register are you looking for?

    There is no plan to develop a Mac OS-X driver.

    i'm not want resistor information. i want windows registry value information in tihub3.inf and tixhci.inf file.

    i have a few another questions.

    - Is tusb7320 driver compatible with Windows Home Server Edition 2011 ?

    - what is change Driver Rev A, B, C ?

    - i test on linux kernel 3.4.9-1.fc16.i686.PAE on i686. Error massage occur several hours after. please see below error massage.

    i need your comment about this error massage.

    i use driver version 1.12.25.0.

    it still problem with Playback design USB audio products, Chord quteHD, DCS scalatti Upsampler, M2tech USB audio products...

    these USB audio products no problem with mother board USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port.

    but, with our PCIe USB host card that using TUSB7320, these USB audio products generate noise like 'tic' or USB audio driver that supplied from manufacture doesn't work correctly.

    These prodcuts are very famouse USB audio products in the market.

    Could you support for solve these USB audio problem ?

                     We are wondering if this remains been a problem? If yes we would like you  to try using a new driver v1.16.2.0 that is close to be released?

                     Please let us know if the problem remains after using this new driver.

    but it can't login to ftp site and no more message appear.

    Hello Diaz,

    I am working with Lee.

    It still has problem with currently released v.1.16.2 driver.

    It just solved Playback USB audio product Problem.

    Could you check this problem out again.

       -> problem with : Chord quteHD, DCS scalatti Upsampler, M2tech USB audio products(ex> Empirical Audio, JohnKenny, and North Star Design)

    Please could you tell us your status about our request.

    Also, I'm going to give you one more ask.

    'Classe CP800 DAC' has same problem with v.16.2 driver especially based on Windows8,

    so i want you check with this device too.
