LMP91000EVM In Standalone Operation (without ADC)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMP91000EVM, ADC161S626, LMP91000

Hello, LMP91000EVM User’s Guide indicates to remove resistors from the board... so if I want to use the board as part as the Sensor AFE platform I need to resolder them back again ? Is that really so ?

I need to use the board in Sandalone Operation with a microcontroller, and to check its operation by use it back with the Sensor AFE platform.

Thank you !!!

Best regards,

Alejandro

  • Hi Alejandro,

if you want to acquire the data with the internal ADC of your microcontroller disconnect the ADC161S626 from the LMP91000's output (so remove the resistors).

In case you want to acquire the data with the ADC161S626 (controlled by your microcontroller) leave the resistors on the board.

    regards,

    Domenico.
