Modify SSC on TUSB1310A

There is an update of the SSC requirement on USB3.0.

The spec change is the minimum SSC range. It was +0/-4000 and now changed to +0/-2000. 

I am thinking of disabling SSC on TUSB1310A and introduce SSC on the reference clock coming into TUSB1310A.

Is this possible and is there a TI part anyone can recommend to generate external clock with SSC that will fulfill the new requirement?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
