Is there also a full data sheet and a user manual for the DS10BR254?

Rani,

There is an EVM which supports the DS10BR254. It is the DS10CP154EVK. This evaluation module can be configured to provide the same functionality as the DS10BR254. Electrically, these two devices share a common analog IP so the performance will be identical.
