I am using TUSB1310A on my development board, we know some issue with our board, and I will like to know what issues shall I expect because of these board mistakes

1. We connected CEXT as shown on page 11 of implementation guide instead of page 12, what is the impact of this ?

2. We don't have any capacitors on the tx lines.

3. During our debugging we saw that after the Phy reset, phy deserts Phy_status signal, after that RxElecIdle is toggling ? Is it known issue ?

Hello,

1)Since there is no connection diagram on "page 12" of the implementation guide, I'm not sure how did you connect it. Anyway, the connection must be as follows:
Ball M14 (terminal name VDDA1P1) should be connected to VDDA1P1 through a 0 ohm resistor with a 1uF capacitor to ground.
Ball A14 (terminal name RSVD) is not connect to the die, it is a true NC.
2)The AC coupling capacitors are required for proper operation, they are also required by the USB specification.
3)The RxElecidle toggling could be caused by the existing AC de-coupling due to the missing caps.
