I would like to know TUSB1210 Integrated 45 Ω ±10% High-Speed Termination Resistors
is single-ended or Differential?

Hi Edward

The termination resistors for the High speed signals are 90Ω differential (one way to perform this is with a 45 Ω resistor single-ended on each line in order to reach the 90Ω differential)
